CrockPot Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
46 Ounces Canned Tomato or Vegetable Juice
14.5 Ounces Canned Corn (Drained)
16 Ounces Frozen Mixed Vegetables
14.5 Ounces Canned Diced Potatoes

Directions

In a medium frying pan crumble and brown the ground beef and drain.

Add all of ingredients to a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
