Easy Slow Cooker Kielbasa, Cabbage and Potatoes

Ingredients

2 Pound sausage, kielbasa
2 Pound potatoes, fingerling
1 yellow onion
1/2 cabbage
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon sundried tomato paste
14.5 Ounces tomatoes , canned fire roasted
2 Cup chicken stock
1/4 Cup salted butter
1 Teaspoon sea salt , flakes
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Directions

Prepare ingredients. Chop kielbasa into ¼” pieces, halve the fingerling potatoes, slice onion about ¼” thick, and cut cabbage into 2” wedges.

Add kielbasa, potatoes, onions, and cabbage to the slow cooker. Lightly stir, then add all remaining ingredients except the butter. Use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients, then top with butter.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, or high for 3 hours.
