Roast Beef and Gravy

Ingredients

1 (3-pound) beef chuck roast, boneless
2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/3 cup beef broth
1 (2-ounce) package onion soup mix
mashed potatoes, optional, for serving
broccoli, optional, for serving

Directions

Cut the roast in half so it fits into a 3-quart slow cooker.

Place the roast inside the slow cooker.

In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix.

Pour the mixture over the roast.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat until the meat is tender, for about 8-10 hours.

Serve hot with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
