6 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
½ teaspoon vegetable oil
Green gel food coloring
Mini marshmallows garnish

Sprinkles garnish

Set Crockpot to low heat and add milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, peppermint extract and white chocolate chips (reserving ¼ cup of chocolate chips for rim).
Cook for 1 – 1 ½ hours stirring frequently with a rubber spatula to slowly melt the chocolate.
After the chocolate has melted, add in 6-10 inches of green gel food coloring. Continue adding until desired shade of green is reached.
In a small bowl, add ¼ cup of white chocolate chips to microwave and heat at 50% power for 1 minute. Add ½ tsp of vegetable oil and stir. Heat additional 30 seconds, until fully melted.
Add melted chocolate to a plate, dip mugs into chocolate and slowly rotate until rim is evenly covered.
Add sprinkles to a plate, immediately dip the mugs from the chocolate into the sprinkles and move around gently until sprinkles cover the chocolate.
Ladle the hot chocolate into the mugs.
Add mini marshmallows, whipped topping and garnish with sprinkles and a single red candy heart.
