CrockPot Basic Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

3 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
2 Large Eggs (Beaten)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients thoroughly.

Stir in the milk, melted butter and beaten eggs and combine until all of the dry ingredients are wet and everything is well mixed.

Spray the insert of either a 3.5 quart casserole slow cooker OR a 6 quart or larger oval or round slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour in the oatmeal mixture and spread evenly.

Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, or until done in the middle.
