Ingredients

28 Ounces Frozen O’Brian Potatoes
1 Pound Pork Breakfast Sausage (Cooked, Crumbled And Drained Of Grease)
¼ Cup Sliced Jalapeño Peppers (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
21 Ounces Canned Cream Of Potato Soup
1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Dump frozen potatoes into a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.

Add cooked sausage and jalapenos.

In a small bowl whisk together the canned cream of potato soup and the garlic powder and black pepper. Pour over the potato mixture in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
