Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts or boneless chicken thighs
1 1 ounce envelope fajita seasoning or taco seasoning mix
½ cup lime juice
½ cup honey
¼ cup chicken stock
3 cloves garlic minced
½ teaspoon paprika
Directions
Add the chicken breasts to your slow cooker.
Mix the fajita seasoning, lime juice, honey, chicken stock, garlic, and paprika in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the juice in the slow cooker.
Serve the shredded chicken on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.
