Crock Pot Crack Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 ounces ranch dressing mix
8 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pound bacon (cook and crumbled)
2 cups cheddar cheese (Colby, shredded)
3 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)
2 tablespoons jalapenos (diced, optional)

Directions

Place chicken breasts, chicken stock in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix. Cook on high 3 hours or low 5 to 6 hours.

Remove chicken breast and with 2 forks, shred chicken and return back to crockpot.

Stir in the rest of the ranch dressing mix, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and jalapenos. Stir until all cheese is melted and everything combined well. If mixture is too dry you can add a little more chicken stock.

Serve on buns, lettuce leaves, or soft or crunchy tortilla shells.
