Crock Pot Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients

1 cup barbecue sauce
1 small yellow onion finely chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds pork ribs boneless

Directions

Combine the barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.

Place the ribs in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the top of the ribs, making sure all of them are coated.

Cook on low for 5-7 hours or until the ribs are cooked through and tender.

Remove the ribs from the slow cooker carefully (they fall apart easily) and serve warm.

You can coat them in additional sauce from the pot and garnish with parsley if desired.
