CrockPot Pierogies & Sausage

Ingredients

16 Ounces Kielbasa Sausage (sliced)
1 ½ Cups Sliced Bell Peppers (combination of green, red and yellow)
1 Small Yellow Onion (peeled and sliced)
3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 Whole Bay Leaf (optional)
Salt And Pepper (to taste)
16 Ounces Frozen Pierogies

Directions

Place kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, garlic, butter and bay leaf in the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.

45 minutes before you are ready to eat, add the frozen pierogi and turn the slow cooker to HIGH.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
