Sesame Pork Ribs

Ingredients

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
2 tbls cider or white vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
5lbs country style pork ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbls sesame seeds, toasted
2 tbls chopped green onion

Directions

In large bowl, combine, the first nine ingredients. Add ribs and turn to coat. Place the onion in slow cooker; arrange ribs on top. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Place ribs on serving platter; sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
