CrockPot Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients

1 Whole Bone-In Turkey Breast (About 6 to 7 pounds)
1 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
½ Cup Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Lemon Juice (or dry white wine)

Directions

Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry with paper toweling.

Season it on all sides with lemon pepper, and place it skin-side up in a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker

Add the stick of butter (no need to cut it up) and the lemon juice or wine.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until the internal temperature reads 165°F (74°C) on an instant read thermometer.

Remove the turkey from the crock, and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing
