Healthy Stewed Tomato Crock Pot

Ingredients

Tomatoes – 6 to 8 (cut in wedges)
Celery – 3 stalks (cubed)
Green pepper – 1 (cubed)
Carrots – 2 to 4 (peeled and cubed)
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Bay leaf – 1
Salt and pepper (add to taste)
Vegetable soup stock – 1 cup

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
