CrockPot Asian Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients
6 Medium Boneless Pork Chops
1 Small Yellow Onion (Peeled And Diced)
8 Ounces Canned Pineapple Tidbits (Drained)
⅔ Cup Ketchup
½ Cup Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
⅓ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Water
6 Cloves Garlic (Peeled And Minced)
1 ½ Teaspoons Ground Ginger
Directions
Arrange the pork chops in the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
Evenly sprinkle the diced onion and pineapple tidbits on top of the pork chops in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, water, garlic and ground ginger until combined.
Pour sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until the pork chops are done and register 145° F meat thermometer.
