CrockPot Reuben Dip
Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked And Shredded Corned Beef
16 Ounces Canned Sauerkraut (Drained)
8 Ounces Cream Cheese (Cubed)
2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
⅓ Cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing
Directions
Add all ingredients to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, stirring every hour to make sure the cheese melts evenly.
Serve hot (on the WARM setting of your slow cooker if you have that choice) with slices of rye bread or crackers.
