CrockPot Hot Onion Dip
Ingredients
16 ounces Cream Cheese (softened and cubed)
1 medium Sweet Onion (diced)
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small 2.5 to 3 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the cream cheese is melted and the onions are cooked.
Serve with crackers, chips or cut up vegetables.
