Slow Cooker Mississippi Sin Dip
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. salted butter
2 cups diced ham
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. block shredded sharp cheddar, shredded
½ tsp. garlic powder
7 oz. fire roasted green chiles
½ tsp salt
For Serving
1 large soft french bread loaf, cubed
Directions
In a skillet set to medium high heat, add the butter. When the butter is melted brown the ham and set aside.
If your cream cheese isn’t softened yet, you can put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green chiles, seasonings and browned ham. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
Spray the slow cooker with non stick spray.
Add the dip mixture into the slow cooker.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours. You will need to stir this dip occasionally while its cooking and while serving during your party.
Serve with cubed french bread and enjoy!
