CrockPot Easy Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
2 Pounds Beef Flank Steak (Sliced Thin)
2 Medium Bell Peppers (Any Color, Seeds Removed And Sliced Into Strips)
2 Cloves Garlic (Peeled And Minced)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Peeled, Cut In Half And Then Sliced Into Strips)
1 Medium JalapeƱo Pepper (Seeded, Membrane Removed, Finely Diced)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Ground Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Directions
Add All ingredients to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker and quickly toss to mix the spices evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or 4 to 5 hours on HIGH.
Serve on flour or corn tortillas with your favorite toppings.
