CrockPot Zesty Italian Soup
Ingredients
1 ½ Pounds Beef Stew Meat (cut into small pieces)
29 Ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes (with liquid)
30 Ounces Canned Kidney Beans (with liquid)
1 Cup Bottled Italian Salad Dressing (your favorite brand)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (peeled and diced)
2 Ribs Celery (diced)
3 Medium Carrots (peeled and diced)
2 Medium Zucchini (diced)
2 Cups Beef Broth
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Pound Rotini Pasta
Directions
Add all ingredients except the pasta to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on high.
Cook pasta according to directions on package on the stove-top and drain.
Add cooked pasta to soup and serve and enjoy!
