Slow Cooker Poor Man’s Stew
Ingredients
1½ Pounds ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
2 potatoes, large, peeled and cubed
4 carrots, medium, peeled and diced
2 Cups green beans, fresh or frozen
1½ Cups peas, frozen
3 Cups beef broth
29 Ounces stewed tomatoes, canned, with juice
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons beef bouillon
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Cook the ground beef, onions and garlic together in a pan on the stove until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any grease.
Add the beef to the slow cooker, then add all the vegetables.
Pour in the broth, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Sprinkle the flour and beef bouillon over the stew and stir in well.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
