Slow Cooker Sausage and Potato
Ingredients
1 (32-ounce) bag hash browns
14 ounces kielbasa, cut into small pieces
1 small onion, diced
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions
Grease the slow cooker.
Combine the hash browns, kielbasa, onions, and 2 cups of cheese in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Pour the soup mixture over the hash browns and sausage, giving it a stir to combine.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.
Cook the hash browns and sausage on low for a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8 hours. You can also cook it on high for 4-5 hours.
Once the potatoes are cooked through, you can serve it immediately!
