Teriyaki Steak
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless round steak
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Cut the steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place the meat in the slow cooker/Crock Pot and pour sauce over it all. cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
