Slow Cooker Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 pint heavy cream
6 cups 2% milk
1/3 cup caramel syrup (salted)
whipped cream
caramel topping
Directions
Place all ingredients besides the topping into a slow cooker.
Gently stir to coat.
Cook on low for 4 hours. Whisk to ensure all chocolate is melted and well blended.
Serve in mugs and top with whipped cream and caramel, if desired.
