CrockPot Gingerbread Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oatmeal
4 cups Water
¼ cup Unsulphured Molasses
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
Directions
Spray a 5 quart or larger slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
Add all ingredients to the slow-cooker and stir to combine well (spices will float on the top, this is normal).
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Stir once more before serving.
