Slow Cooker Nashville Hot Shredded Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. Tabasco hot sauce (to taste, or to heat level)
For Serving:
hamburger buns
ranch dressing
pickles slices
diced onion, optional
Directions
Add the chicken, brown sugar, seasonings and Tabasco to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks right in the slow cooker.
Serve the shredded chicken and sauce on toasted buns with desired toppings.
