Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients
8 or more deboned and skinless chicken thighs
2 medium green bell peppers
2 medium yellow onions
1 can pineapple chunks
1 bottle of barbeque sauce
3 tsp. salt
pepper- optional
rice
Directions
Slice onions and peppers and put on bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper chicken and put in next. Mix pineapple and barbeque together and pour over other ingredients. Cook on low for 9 hours. Put over cooked rice.
