CrockPot Spinach & Mushroom Tortellini Alfredo
Ingredients
1 package (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
2 (15 oz) jars Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 or 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (6 oz) bag fresh baby spinach
8 oz Fresh whole white mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Spray 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray or use a crockpot liner.
Add Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Stir to combine.
Add frozen cheese tortellini, spinach, and mushrooms to slow cooker, stir well. Cover and cook on low 1 – 2 hours or until pasta is cooked.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Top servings with extra Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
