Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Directions
Trim fat from tenderloin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in stoneware. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; brush on top and sides of tenderloin. Pour remaining sauce mixture on top of tenderloin. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours).
