Root Beer Pulled Pork
Ingredients
1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin
1 (12-ounce) can or bottle root beer
1 (18-ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
8 burger buns, split and lightly toasted
Directions
Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker.
Pour the root beer over the tenderloin.
Cover the slow cooker and cook until the meat is fork-tender, about 6-7 hours on low heat.
Drain the meat well.
Using two forks, shred the meat.
Add the barbecue sauce and stir until the meat is well coated.
Serve on the burger buns!
