Sweet & Sour Ribs
Ingredients
3-4 lbs. country-style ribs
1 (20-oz.) can undrained pineapple chunks
2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup thickly sliced green pepper
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Place ribs in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour them over the ribs; cover and cook low 8-10 hours.
