Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
2 pounds of boneless-skinless chicken breasts
16 ounce jar of salsa verde
1 medium sized green bell pepper, seeds removed, diced
1 jalapeño, seeds removed, dice
4 ounce can of green diced chilies
Directions
Pour half of the jar of salsa on the bottom of the slow cooker and spread it evenly, add the chicken, and top it with the remaining ingredients.
Set your slow cooker to low for 5-6 hours.
Shred the chicken with 30 minutes left in the cooking time and return the chicken to soak in the juices.
