CrockPot Chicken And Gravy
Ingredients
1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Cups Water
10.75 Ounces Canned Cream Of Chicken Soup
2 Packets Chicken Gravy Mix
Directions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the water, cream of chicken soup and gravy packets and pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred chicken meat with two forks right in the slow cooker.
Serve shredded chicken and gravy as is or spoon over cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
