Ultimate Crockpot Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
4-5 pounds potatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp garlic
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes. Place the potatoes in the crockpot.
Pour in the broth. Sprinkle in garlic. Add 1/4 cup butter.
Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 – 4 hours, until potatoes, are very soft.
Drain any leftover liquids from the crockpot.
Add 1/4 cup butter & pour in the heavy cream. Stir.
Serve immediately or keep warm in the crockpot.
